Curlande Coker

Curlande Coker is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) with thirteen years of post-qualification experience and over two decades of expertise in auditing and financial reporting. She has extensive expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with IFRS and IFRS for SMEs, serving a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.

Beginning her career at Grant Thornton ORBIT Solutions as a Senior Accountant, Curlande advanced to Partner – Business Process Outsourcing, where she leads teams in delivering high-quality advisory and accounting services. In this capacity, she oversees the preparation and review of working papers in line with internal standards, ensuring financial statements meet IFRS requirements for accounting treatment, disclosures, and presentation. She also designs work programs, budgets, and staff allocations to deliver assignments efficiently and effectively.

Curlande’s responsibilities include resolving complex accounting issues, maintaining timely communication with management and clients regarding transaction treatments and computing corporation tax, GFLV, BLV, and VAT. She has contributed to valuation reports and provided accounting services to insurance companies, public sector entities, listed corporations, and private enterprises across multiple industries. Her strategic oversight has streamlined operations, enhanced compliance, and delivered measurable value to clients.
