Grant Thornton Trinidad and Tobago is seeking to recruit Transactions Advisory Services Seniors and experienced Analysts to be based in our Trinidad office.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess commercial knowledge, an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about new challenges. Experience in areas such as mergers, acquisitions and deals support, business planning and financial reviews, buy-side, and sell-side advisory including financial and commercial due diligence reviews, and finance raising, among others is essential. This role provides candidates with the opportunity to become a key part of a growing Firm and offers highly attractive career development and progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze complex information, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately;
- Preparation of conclusions and recommendations to clients and discuss the implications and actions required;
- Work closely with partners and managers in our offices to support and manage transaction advisory projects;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, and taking a leading role in ensuring consistent high quality service delivery;
- Play a support role with regard to business development and marketing of transaction advisory services;
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industries and markets events and developments to bring an informed perspective to advice and client service; and
- Act as an ambassador of the firm, building an external network of professional, business and client contacts.
Requirements:

- Excellent written and presentation skills;
- Possesses a relevant professional qualification such as an accounting designation, or master’s degree coupled with at least two years relevant experience.
