Extension of Amnesty at Companies Registry - 14 August, 2024

As this may be the last extension, take advantage of the additional time to
ensure you and your company are registered on the Companies Registry
Online System (CROS), to enable you to file your post incorporation
documents (annual returns and notices of change).
The Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs has by
Legal Notice No. 25 of 2024, given a further extension to the Amnesty at the
Companies Registry.
