In our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team, you will with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increase growth. Our global team of 68,000 professionals in 147 countries provide advice to our clients on preserving, optimizing, raising, or investing capital. 

Leveraging on our extensive global network, our TAS team also provides focused advice on the divestment process from strategic positioning to transaction close, and assist with the execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers and provide capital and debt advisory services. As part of this team, you may also be required to advise C-suite Executives and Boards on evaluating strategic alternatives in the context of transactions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Analyze detailed financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries;

·Analyze financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management;

·Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate the financial performance of the company and key issues that may be of interest to a prospective buyer;

·Assist in the preparation of deal-oriented reports and presentations for clients that highlight the key financial, commercial and other findings facing investments and the drivers behind maintainable profits and cash flows;

·Assist the team in further articulating how such findings should be incorporated into the client's valuation and sale / purchase material, and provide other negotiating points;

·\Production of high quality, relevant and impactful professional documents for maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion;

·Provide leadership to team members producing information memoranda, financial models and other transaction documentation;

·Manage expectations of service and review the work of other team members;

·Collaborate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines, and

·Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

·A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field;

·Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills;

·Public Accounting Designation and/or other relevant professional certifications;

·A minimum of 5 years transaction advisory experience;

·Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel as required;

·Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills;

·Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and

·Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment.
